Margaret “Maggie” MulCahy, Principal at HHA, serves as the firm’s practice leader for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Maggie brings extensive experience in ASC planning and design, leading HHA’s work on centers of varying sizes and specialties.
In addition to her project work, Maggie has conducted research on current and emerging best practices for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. She is currently overseeing four ASC projects, including two in design and a 17,000-square-foot orthopedic center now under construction. She is also developing design standards for a national healthcare institution, creating a flexible kit of parts that can support a range of ASC types.
