Expansion: Contract Testing Laboratory Almost Complete
We are pleased to announce that significant progress has been made on a Contract Testing Laboratory project.
- The installation of the exterior metal panels and stone veneer is nearly complete with only a few minor details remaining on the façade.
 - Check out the striking wood timber design features that enhance the building's aesthetic appeal.
 - Site work is ongoing, and the parking lot has recently been paved.
 - The first-floor lab and gallery spaces, along with the second-floor office areas, are on track for completion.

Looking ahead, Phase 2 of the renovation for the existing building is anticipated to commence once the owner has transitioned into the new space.
It has been a pleasure collaborating with Murnane Contractors on this distinctive project. We eagerly await the completion and the upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony for this remarkable facility!
Expansion: Another Update on a Contract Testing Laboratory
Construction is currently underway at a Contract Testing Laboratory, despite the snowy conditions. The exterior walls are being enclosed with windows and storefronts being installed. The perimeter has been prepared for the upcoming installation of the exterior stone veneer, with metal panels to follow shortly.
Expansion: Update on a Contract Testing Laboratory
Construction at a Contract Testing Laboratory is well under way. Most of the primary structural steel has been erected. The second-floor slab and penthouse slab have been poured, as well as half of the first-floor slab on grade. The remaining of the first-floor slab will be placed within days.
Also, we will see cold formed steel studs start to go up within the next couple of weeks in anticipation of starting the roofing before the cold weather sets in.
