Senior Adult Services Interior Renovations

Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet Provincial House, Latham, New York

HHA designed extensive renovations to underutilized spaces in an existing Catholic Convent House. The facility will provide a coordinated Medicaid Senior Adult Daycare and Outpatient services. The NY Capital District PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) services will be run by St. Peter’s Healthcare Partners in conjunction with the Sisters of St. Joseph.
