Renovate outdated and inefficient office spaces to meet contemporary programmatic requirements in the historic D&H Railroad building, Albany, NY.

To design the replacement of an outdated and undersized kitchen, cafeteria and servery with an upgraded look and function.

To program and design a new 29, 000-sf facility for Albany Molecular Research’s Syracuse Research Center, which provides rapid responses to customer requests for the production of pharmaceutical intermediates and novel compounds to test drug substances.

As part of our term contract with the NYS Office of General Services, HHA was awarded eight reroof replacement projects.

To assist with a variety of concrete repairs to an existing concrete building owned by Industrial Process Design.

To design and renovate the prep and servery areas, as well as provide a new dishwasher room.
